The registration will take place within 24 hours after you have provided all required data.

Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive immediate access to an online form where you will enter the relevant data.

You will also receive detailed instructions on how to send your identification document.

The sending of the AuthCode is not part of this order. However, we regularly send it to you free of charge as one of our many goodwill services after the invoice for the incorporation has been paid, and if you send us a message requesting it.

In principle, as director or managing director of the company, you are directly responsible for all transactions. This expressly includes the timely submission of the relevant reports to the Commercial Register or the submission of tax returns.

You can, of course, decide whether you yourself or a third party (we will also be happy to do this for you if you instruct us) should prepare and submit the relevant reports.
