New Zealand is not only geographically close to Australia but in fact the New Zealand founding process is similar to the Australian one.

First of all, a company name must be applied for and approved, and then you need a New Zealand director who, alongside you as a foreign director, will be in charge of the company's affairs.

The New Zealand Director provides his address to the Company. For this, he usually charges an amount of several thousand euros when the company is founded.

Another restriction on this is that you cannot use the word "bank" in the company name.
